I'm about as impressed with this house as Bill Clinton was impressed with Hillary on their wedding night. No thanks.
The Sunday rental should be ideal to avoid the long, long, long wait in traffic to get past the turn-off to Duck. But, this date is not good for Patrick.

The pool looks dinky, but it's hard to tell in the photos. The view looks pretty good, but the moldy porch where the hot tub is grosses me out. Of course, you probably won't find me in the hot tub anyway. The furnishing seems fine, if a bit outdated. It bothers me that we can't see a floorplan to identify where the bathrooms are to make sure the sharing works out as needed. It doesn't even say which rooms are on which floors. The price is certainly right, but with a Sunday rental during the week P goes to New Orleans on the 8th, its hardly worth it for him to come.
Nothing jumps out about this place. Price is good. Decor is okay. Family room looks like a decent size.
